Position Overview:

We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-presented GRE/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and ensure a memorable first impression.
  • Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest flow during service hours.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
  • Ensure the waiting area and host desk are clean and well-organised.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest queries, concerns, and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain guest records and VIP preferences for enhanced service.
  • Assist in managing walk-ins and waitlists during peak hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Hostess/GRE in the hospitality or F&B industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS & reservation software is a plus).
  • Immediate joiner or within 1 week preferred.
