Job Location- Malviya Nagar, New Delhi

Job Summary

The Senior Guest Service Associate is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through courteous, efficient, and professional service. This role involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining service excellence standards. The position also includes mentoring junior staff and supporting overall front-office operations to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Process reservations, billing, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate guest records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and company policies.
  • Train and guide junior associates on guest service procedures.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Support the front office manager in daily operations and audits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in guest service or front office roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional grooming, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹22,000.00 per month
