Guest Relations Executive for Burma Burma Restaurant

We Burma Burma restaurant team is looking for Restaurant GRE for our restaurant with below responsibilities -
Responsibilities
- Customer service: Greet guests, take orders, and ensure requests are handled promptly
- Seating: Manage seating arrangements and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner
- Food and beverage: Manage food and beverage inventory, ensure food is delivered on time, and maintain cleanliness
- Guest complaints: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Menu: Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and wine list
- Communication: Have excellent communication skills and be able to answer guest questions
- Atmosphere: Create a welcoming atmosphere and promote guest satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹30,398.47 per month
