Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, revenue-focused
Sales Specialist
who can drive business growth through outreach, nurturing, and client conversions.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the IT services or digital agency ecosystem and enjoys building pipelines from scratch, managing accounts, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Run outreach campaigns
    and manage the complete business development cycle
  • Build and manage lead pipeline from scratch
  • Convert opportunities into clients and own revenue outcomes

Client & Account Management

  • Manage client relationships end-to-end
    with excellent communication
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction, delivery coordination, and renewals

Marketing & Growth Activities

  • Run Meta Ads and outreach campaigns for lead generation
  • Lead nurturing through email sequencing and follow-up systems
  • Create tailored proposals, sales decks, and pricing documents
  • Conduct research on industries, competitors, and new business opportunities

CRM and Reporting

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline movement, and reporting dashboards
  • Track conversions, performance metrics, and campaign results
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
    for leadership review

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years
    of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Experience working in IT Services / Digital Agency / SaaS
  • Skilled in
    email sequencing, nurturing, lead management, and CRM tools
  • Experience in building and scaling sales pipeline from scratch
  • Ability to prospect on LinkedIn and leverage outreach tools
  • Experience
    running Meta Ads for lead generation
  • Strong account management and presentation skills
  • Experience with
    Upwork
    or any bidding platforms is a strong plus
  • Excellent organisation, documentation, and
    communication skills
