About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist
who can lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for a prop trading firm. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing and be capable of managing campaigns, content, analytics, and a marketing team to drive brand growth and high-quality lead acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement & optimize complete digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team including content, performance ads, social media, and design.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other trading-friendly platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies for financial services advertising.
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve ranking and high-intent organic traffic.
  • Create marketing funnels and automation using CRM tools & email marketing.
  • Monitor performance using analytics dashboards, provide insights and ROI reporting.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams for new trading programs, customer journeys, and Loyalty initiatives.
  • Competitor analysis and market research in trading, stock & crypto industries.
  • Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads with policy-compliant financial campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Keyword Planner).
  • Expert in performance analytics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Experienced in team management & leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels and automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with financial content understanding.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Education

  • MBA preferred but not mandatory with relevant work experience.
