ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All sales query related to customization for walking clients in all stores + online - ability to handle stores query at same time.
- Good knowledge to work on the system. Eg. Magento, Inventory Management System (IMS)
- Basic knowledge of Apparel Merchandise
- Good knowledge related to Advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Collaborated with other stylists to discuss exciting new trends that could be utilized in the development of showroom displays.
- Performed various sales transactions, prepared special orders & delivered correct merchandise.
- Handled incoming mail, Chats, and completed appropriate actions.
- Candidate preferred with fashion & apparel background.
