E-Commerce Manager

The Senior E-Commerce Manager (Amazon, E bay, walmart) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving online sales growth, managing marketplace accounts, improving product visibility, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
- Forecast sales, plan monthly targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Marketplace Management
- Handle operations for major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization.
- Oversee inventory planning, order flow, and stock health.
PPC & Marketing Coordination
- Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to improve visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, creatives, and brand campaigns.
- Track marketing ROI and recommend adjustments where needed.
Operations & Process Management
- Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, returns, and replacement management.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Handle seller dashboards, compliance issues, claims, and penalties.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse sales trends, competitor performance, and category insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on revenue, ads performance, sell-through rate, and return ratios.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in hiring team members.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce operations and marketplace policies.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Good understanding of PPC campaigns, SEO for product listings, and promotional tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and dashboards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,150.90 per month
