Responsibilities:

- **Product Listing and Content Management**:

- Create and optimize product listings for both our company website and various online marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Regularly update and refresh product content to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, or promotions.
- **Marketplace Coordination**:

- Liaise with different e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy) to manage product listings, resolve issues, and stay informed about platform updates and policies.
- Ensure compliance with each platform's guidelines and standards.
- **Website Management**:

- Oversee product listings on our company website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the website development team to implement any necessary updates or improvements related to product listings.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to maintain accurate stock information.
- **Price Monitoring and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct regular price checks and competitor analysis to ensure our pricing remains competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Recommend pricing strategies based on market research and analysis.
- **Customer Feedback and Reviews**:

- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.
- Work collaboratively with customer service teams to address and resolve customer concerns related to product listings.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of product listings.
- Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing product visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in product listing management.
- Familiarity with major online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
