Job Description: E-commerce Account Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and optimize our presence across various e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of online sales strategies, keyword management, and product listing processes, coupled with exceptional coordination and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketplace Management:

  2. Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including A+ content on e-commerce platforms.

  3. Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing.

  4. Regularly update listings to improve visibility and sales performance.

  5. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  6. Drive sales through effective marketplace strategies and execution.

  7. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as set by the organization.

  8. Analyze marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  9. Keyword and SEO Optimization:

  10. Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability.

  11. Implement effective SEO strategies to maximize search rankings.

  12. Continuously monitor and refine keyword usage for optimal performance.

  13. Vendor Coordination:

  14. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely inventory updates and order fulfillment.

  15. Resolve any vendor-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.

  16. Performance Monitoring:

  17. Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI.

  18. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

  19. Customer Engagement:

  20. Monitor customer reviews and feedback to enhance product offerings.

  21. Coordinate with support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, or others.
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword management, and A+ content creation.
  • Excellent understanding of sales strategies and revenue generation.
  • Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in using e-commerce tools and analytics platforms.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce software/tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Indian marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of advertising and promotional strategies on e-commerce platforms.
