**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive
**Department**: E-commerce
**Reports to**: E-commerce Manager

**Job Summary**:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales and marketing activities of the company. This includes handling product listings, ensuring timely order fulfillment, improving user experiences on e-commerce platforms, and driving revenue through effective online marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Ensure accurate descriptions, images, and other product details.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for updates.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee daily order processing and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and return requests.
- **Sales Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Generate and share regular sales and performance reports with the management team.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, flash sales, and festive offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid ad campaigns and improve organic traffic.
- **SEO and Content Management**:

- Optimize product listings for SEO to improve visibility and ranking.
- Work with content teams to create engaging product descriptions and banners.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Respond to customer reviews and feedback to enhance brand trust.
- **Platform Relationship Management**:

- Coordinate with account managers of e-commerce platforms to ensure compliance with policies.
- Stay updated on platform changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data-driven insights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,274.76 - ₹31,728.10 per month
