Roles and Responsibility
- Develop strategic plans for Product Listing Ads (PLA) and Product

Category Ads (PCA) on the online market platform, aligning with overall

marketing and sales objectives.
- Identify key product categories and listings to prioritize for advertising

based on profitability, seasonality, and strategic importance.
- Determine bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting options to

maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks,

click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimize PLA and PCA campaigns based on performance data, adjusting

bids, ad targeting, and product selections to improve ROI and achieve

KPIs.
- Manage advertising budgets for PLA and PCA campaigns, allocating

funds effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and adjust budgets as needed to optimize campaign

performance and achieve business goals.
- A+ Listing and Content writing.
