E-commerce Executive

WFO - NOIDA LOCATION

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence on international e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart , Target Alibaba and others). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth operations across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1.Platform Management:

Manage and maintain product listings on international e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.

Optimize product visibility and search rankings through keyword research, SEO, and data-driven strategies.

2.Sales Strategy & Performance:

Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and implement promotional campaigns, offers, and strategies tailored for international audiences.

3.Order Fulfillment & Inventory:

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment across global markets.

Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to prevent shortages or overstocking.

4.Reporting & Analytics:

Generate detailed reports on sales, marketing campaign performance, and operational metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive strategic decision-making.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop content and strategies tailored for international audiences. Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and platform account managers for business development opportunities.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Global, eBay, Shopify, or similar.

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies, PPC campaigns, and SEO best practices.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and platform-specific dashboards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of global logistics, customs regulations, and import/export documentation is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with multiple currencies, payment gateways, and tax systems.

Proficiency in languages other than English is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
