**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility.
- Ensure accurate pricing and stock availability.
- **Order Management**:

- Monitor and process customer orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback through e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Track and manage product inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates.
- **Sales Analysis**:

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare reports on sales trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns (offers, discounts, and festive sales).
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital promotions.
- **Platform Management**:

- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and platform guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
