**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Management**: Assist in listing, updating, and optimizing products on **Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and other e-commerce platforms**.

**Inventory & Pricing**: Monitor stock levels, update pricing, and ensure accurate product information.
**Order Processing**: Support order fulfillment, coordinate with the warehouse team, and track shipments.
**Promotions & Ads**: Assist in running marketplace promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
**Customer Support**: Address queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
**Performance Tracking**: Generate reports on sales, returns, and ad performance to suggest improvements.
**Competitor Analysis**: Keep track of competitor listings, pricing strategies, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.Basic knowledge of **Excel, inventory management, and pricing strategies**.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle marketplace operations efficiently.
- Prior experience in the **FMCG or religious products industry** is a plus.
