Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Voice and Accent Trainer to lead language and soft skills training initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing impactful training programs, and aligning learning outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Language, Voice & Accent, and Soft Skills training across teams.
  • Design and implement training strategies based on performance gaps.
  • Develop training content using Instructional Design principles.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and certify internal trainers.
  • Use CEFR framework for hiring and assessment calibration.
  • Lead transaction monitoring and feedback sessions.
  • Customize training programs to meet client-specific needs.
  • Research and integrate AI tools to enhance training effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of total experience, with 34 years in managing training functions.
  • Proven expertise in Language & Soft Skills training within BPO/KPO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Familiarity with US, UK, and Australian accents.
  • Strong knowledge of phonetics, grammar, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with and evaluate market tools for training enhancement.
