Position: Customer Service Executive (UK Voice Process)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: Night Shift (UK Hours)

Transport: Cab Facility Available

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure top-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain performance metrics such as AHT, quality, and CSAT.
  • Represent the company with a positive and customer-focused attitude.

Were Looking For:

Education: Any UG Degree (Graduates only)

Communication: Excellent English fluency with a neutral accent

Experience:

  • Freshers with great communication skills are welcome
  • Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of international voice experience preferred

Personality: Confident, energetic, and ready to take on challenges

Availability: Willing to work in night shifts (UK Timings)
