About the Role -
We're looking for a motivated Senior / Junior Sales Representative to join our growth-driven sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to develop their sales skills, generate new business, and support the team as we expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities -
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture new leads via cold calls, emails, and networking— building a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Schedule meetings and develop business with on- field sales
- Organize and deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential customers
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and track sales activities using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, support, product—to align messaging and improve customer experiences
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Gather prospect feedback and relay insights to refine processes, improve offerings, and enhance sales strategy .
- Continuously develop sales skills through training, shadowing senior reps, and staying informed about industry trends
Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent sales experience) 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience—internships welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Highly organized with solid time-management skills and attention to detail .
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment .
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace challenges in a fast-paced sales environment
