Statutory returns
Data (MIS) Management / Data Analysis
Preferred candidate profile
Look after Attendance and Salary/Wage administration for on roll employees Staff and HRWs
Process full & final settlement, Gratuity Claims of concerned employees
Look after Contract Labour Administration and their relevant statutory compliances and documentation
Administer NEEM/NAPS schemes. Process Attendance and ensure the stipend payment of Trade Apprentices /NEEM/NAPS
Look after ESIC /GMP/GPA/Insurance Scheme and processing claims
Handle entire gamut of EPFO Activities like UAN Generation, E-nomination, PF/EPS Transfer Cases, Settlement of PF Advance Claims, Withdrawal of PF/Pension and settlement of PF/Pension cases.
Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time
Other miscellaneous activities like preparation of ID cards, employee related letters Address proofs, service certificates, Internship Letters, Marathi Drafting, Silver Jubilee functions, Transfer / relocation cases, HRW upgradation, preparation of Audit Documents
Talent Acquisition - Recruitment, onboarding & induction of new employees
Learning & Development Ensuring the execution of Training Calendar
Participate & Support in implementation of other HR initiatives at plant level.
Post-Graduation in HR/ MSW/ MPM / MLL& LW Diploma in Labour Laws
Relevant experience in manufacturing / Engineering industry
3 to 6 years in HR & Employee Relations, Labour Welfare
Functional Skills:
- Fair Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliances
- Hands on experience in Recruitment & Training processes
- Knowledge of HR Processes & Softwares
- Excellent Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent Drafting skills – English & Marathi
