Job Title: Asst LMS Coordinator / Admin Asst

Location: Madurai

Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Upload, organize, and update course content, resources, and assessments.
  • Provide support to learners and faculty in accessing and using the LMS.
  • Monitor learner progress, generate reports, and maintain accurate data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of online/offline learning programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, documentation, and communication.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Attendance consolidation
  • Daily Reports generation
  • Printing & Cutting Activity Sheets and Assessment sheets for school

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in English (M.A. English candidates preferred).
  • Good fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet usage, etc.).
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with teams and learners effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
