Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Madurai. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing general administrative support. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office environment. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Proficiency in using office software and technology
• Customer service experience and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
