Job overview: This profile is responsible for engaging the patients of a Medical practice. Responsible for day to day activities of recalling a patient, reminding them of their appointments, keeping a close contact for their appointment completion and also managing the patient's information in the CRM.
Roles & responsibilities:
Working on multiple applications for gathering customer's information
Scheduling appointment
Updating the demographic information of the customer in the software
Reminding about the appointment
Incoming call management
Fax management
Message management
Tracking the patient's appointment until completion - Recalling the No Shows and Cancel
Managing the Customer Relationship Management Software
Being engaged in other operational activities
US shift hours
