Shriram Finance Ltd., a reputed financial institution and part of the Nifty 50 index, is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for its Thiruvalla branch. The role focuses on driving business for Fixed Deposits (FD) and Life Insurance (LI) products.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in the insurance or investment sector and capable of handling field work, agent development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Shriram Fixed Deposits (offering up to 9.5% interest) and Life Insurance products
  • Develop and manage a team of agents or advisors
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for investment products
  • Identify prospective customers and convert leads
  • Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
  • Report daily activity and business updates to the branch manager

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in insurance or investment industry
  • Graduation (Degree) is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Freshers are not eligible for this role
