About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, colleges, students, and parents, and driving sales of our educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Promote and sell educational programs, online courses, or institutional partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and students.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/ PG /Diploma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of education systems, EdTech, or student counselling is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

  • 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or counselling (Education / EdTech preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
