Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team at G-TEC Education Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, developing institutional partnerships, managing student admissions, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote G-TEC's training programs through marketing and outreach activities.
  • Handle student inquiries, admissions, and counseling efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and participate in promotional events.
  • Achieve enrollment and sales targets within assigned timelines.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of leads, admissions, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure student satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer and marketing knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Education sector preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and marketing aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
