Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across Life, Health, and Motor Insurance divisions.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, vehicle dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance and financial status to senior management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and activities for Life, Health, and Motor Insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹361, ₹550,000.00 per year
