Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Navi Mumbai.- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the performance of branch staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.- Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, supervising insurance policy sales, and fostering a positive work environment.- The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities to drive growth. Qualifications:- Experience in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in financial and performance management.- Knowledge of insurance broking, both Life and Non-Life products.- Ability to monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.- Experience in the insurance sector is highly advantageous.- Certifications related to insurance broking and management are a plus.
