**Brief Job Responsibilities**:

- Must be Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Good listening skills and abilities to converse in multi-language (Hindi/English).
- General Insurance on customer's call to identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling.
- Have Experience/ knowledge in Retail products like Motor insurance, Health insurance & General Insurance.
- Assist Customers & Advisor (Agents) in all their queries.
- Understand customer need and pitch the products.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Should be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers.
