Then we are currently looking for you We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive who can proactively generate new business opportunities for our Mumbai branch – Western Region.
Your Responsibilities as a Tele Sales ExecutiveAs a Tele Sales Executive, together with your Sales and Business Development colleagues, you will actively generate new business opportunities through inside sales activities. As part of the sales team, you will work with KPIs based on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth targets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to our logistics and freight forwarding solutions and ensuring a seamless transition to the Business Development team for further engagement.
You know how to identify potential customers, establish meaningful conversations, and present our services with confidence and clarity. Whether it's following up on inquiries, reaching out to new prospects, or maintaining relationships with existing clients, you are always proactive in creating new opportunities that contribute to the company's growth.
On the one hand, you will independently manage your client interactions and leads; on the other, you will work closely with your team to ensure conversions and shared success. From the first call to the first shipment, every achievement is a result of collaboration.
Your profile as a Tele Sales Executive.As a commercially driven professional, you are confident in reaching out to organizations and engaging with potential clients. You are energized by the challenge of building and expanding networks, and you know exactly how to identify key decision-makers and effectively communicate the value of Broekman Logistics' services.
Furthermore, you possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- A proven track record of success across the entire sales cycle from prospecting and planning to closing deals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (both written and verbal), combined with sharp business acumen.
- Persistent & Conversion skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and drive performance.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support new business acquisition efforts through effective communication and relationship building.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by understanding client needs, presenting suitable logistics solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
