About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Tele Sales Executive
from the
Travel & Tourism background
who can effectively connect with customers, promote travel packages, and convert leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel inquiries and sales.
- Pitch and sell domestic & international travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients for booking confirmations and payments.
- Coordinate with operations and product teams for itinerary planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum
2+ years of experience
in
Tele Sales
(Travel industry preferred). - Strong
sales and negotiation skills
with proven conversion records. - Excellent
communication skills
over the phone. - Mandatory language:
Gujarati (fluent in speaking & understanding). - Age:
Between
19 to 35 years
. - Knowledge of
Tourism products, destinations, and packages
is essential.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary:
Up to ₹35,000/month
Variable Incentives:
₹3,000 – ₹1,00,000/month (based on performance)
