We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cultural Marketing Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for cultural heritage, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's cultural initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns that showcase the company's commitment to cultural diversity.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, influencers, and partners.
  • Create and manage budgets for cultural marketing projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of cultural marketing efforts, providing recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a focus on cultural heritage.
  • Strong understanding of cultural marketing principles and practices, including brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, such as Business Administration or Communications.
