We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Talent & Culture Apprentice in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culture and talent management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
  • Support the development of succession planning initiatives to ensure future leadership capabilities.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to talent management and cultural activities.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
