Job Title: Apprentice- Human Resources
Location: BKC, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Department: Human Resources
Time Period of Apprenticeship:- 1 year
About the Role:
As a Apprentice in HR, this role is designed to build foundational capabilities in HR. You will
be mentored by senior HR professionals and work on live projects that impact employee
experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key Areas of Exposure:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Participate in campus and lateral hiring drives.
Learn sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Assist in interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and oer management.
Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth candidate
experience.
2. HR Operations:
Understand HRIS systems and employee lifecycle management.
Assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and compliance.
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and HR audits.
Learn about statutory requirements and labor law basics.
3. Employee Engagement & Experience:
Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities and cultural events.
Analyze employee feedback and help design action plans.
Support internal communication initiatives and recognition programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture.
4. Learning & Development:
Assist in training need analysis and calendar planning.
Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and feedback collection.
Track learning outcomes and support digital learning platforms.
Work on leadership development and onboarding programs.
5. Performance Management:
Understand goal-setting frameworks and appraisal cycles.
Support data collection and analysis for performance reviews.
Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for leadership.
Learn about competency mapping and career development, succession plannning
frameworks.
6. HR Analytics & Strategy:
Work on HR dashboards and data-driven insights.
Analyze attrition, engagement, and hiring metrics.
Participate in strategic HR projects like workforce planning and DEI initiatives.
Present ndings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
