Job Title : Human Resource - Intern

  • Base Location: Andheri (East)
  • Work Mode: In office (All Days Mon- Friday)
  • Apprentice Stipend: 9000 per month
  • Duration of Apprentice Program : 6 months (minimum)

Job description:

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
  • Conduct research on HR practices, policies, and trends
  • Assist in creating HR process flowcharts, SOPs, and knowledge repositories
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
  • Conduct research on other functions key process to create a SOP for each department
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
