Job Title: Talent Acquisition Apprentice (under Government scheme National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 1 year

Stipend: Between 20K-25K per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. You will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting various recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri)
  • Source and screen resumes based on job requirements.
  • Assist in interviews scheduling of candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Assist in campus hiring activities.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Provide support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
