  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the overall recruitment process.
  • Utilize various channels for talent acquisition, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating offers and communicating employment details.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the overall talent acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job fairs, to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
