We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Mumbai.

DETAILS OF THE ROLE:

Position Title: Associate (on-Contract)

Mumbai – Lower Parel

Qualification:
Recently graduated from with a MBA

Contract:
1 year contract with possibility of conversion to full-time

Salary: I
NR 6 lakhs for 12 months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Maintain ownership of the sourcing process from identification through screening and handover to recruiters
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and talent trends relevant to professional services
  • Perform additional sourcing-related tasks as assigned by reporting manager
  • Work with the Campus team on all Campus drives & recruitment activities targeted towards fresher roles

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • MBA freshers who have already graduated
  • Interest in HR Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team.
  • Available to work from the Mumbai office in Lower Parel
