We're hiring a Mumbai based People - Operations & Talent Acquisition Associate with 1+ years of

experience to support the organization.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, and leave records with accuracy and confidentiality.

● Implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

● Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, employee benefits, and HR documentation.

● Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives to promote a positive work

culture.

● Lead full-cycle recruitment — from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates (via

Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn) to conducting interviews and onboarding.

● Coordinate with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business goals and maintain

a strong talent pipeline.

● Manage candidate communication, post-offer engagement, and ensure a smooth hiring

experience.

● Handle vendor queries, payments, and plan & execute vendor-related activities efficiently.

● Administer employee benefits programs and provide HR-related administrative support.

● Provide regular HR and recruitment updates to management.

What will set this person apart:

● Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in corporate or

high-growth environments.

● Strong track record in end-to-end recruitment and building robust talent pipelines.

● Hands-on experience with HR systems like Keka, Zoho People, and HROne, and applicant

tracking platforms.

● Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, attendance, engagement, and compliance.

● Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment with business

goals.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

The role will be in person from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off.
