
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our clients outreach and relationship-building efforts with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers. Your mission is to promote our clients premium natural marble products, expand our client base, and increase project specifications through strategic partnerships
Role & responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with architectural firms, construction companies, interior designers, and real estate developers
- Promote marble collections by showcasing samples, catalogues, case studies, and technical specs
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and lunch-and-learns
- Track and manage leads through a CRM system
- Follow up on project specifications and assist in tendering and pricing
- Attend trade fairs, expos, and networking events to represent the brand
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth supply and delivery to project sites
- Provide customer feedback to the product and marketing teams
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in any Discipline
- 610+ years of experience in B2B sales within the stone, tile, ceramics, or building materials industry
- Strong network of architects, builders, or interior designers is a big plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and technical details
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally
