About The Role

Role Overview:Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across various sectors.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
  • Promote Currie & Brown's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Support digital marketing and social media engagement initiatives.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and lead meetings with clients and internal technical teams.
  • Assist in preparing customized proposals, bids, and tender documents.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular business development reports.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within Construction/PMC/Infrastructure or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the PMC industry landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
