About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the lubricants market.

A proven track record in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead business development initiatives to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
