Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the lubricants market.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
A proven track record in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead business development initiatives to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).
- At least 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industries.
- Strong understanding of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
