Job Title: Business Development Manager rCB, Devulc Rubber & Gypsum

Location: NCR (with travel in India)

Reporting to: Head – Carbon Business

Role Objective

To get our recovered carbon black, devulcanized rubber and gypsum approved and used by customers, and convert these approvals into regular orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach tyre and non-tyre rubber companies to get our rCB and devulc rubber tested and qualified.
  • Approach cement companies to get our gypsum tested and approved.
  • Arrange and track samples and plant trials with customers.
  • Follow up for test reports, approvals and first purchase orders.
  • Give regular updates on leads, trials and orders.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years in industrial sales/BD (rubber, carbon black, tyre ancillaries or similar).
  • Strong in cold calling, plant visits and opening new accounts.
  • Clear communication; willing to travel frequently.
