Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and providing exemplary customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining computer networks, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and implementing security measures. The specialist will also support end-users and manage IT infrastructure updates.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Information Technology skills
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues competently
  • Expertise in Network Security protocols and practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to support end-users
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
