About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and passionateTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a keen understanding of how to attract top talent across various domains.Key Responsibilities:Manage theend-to-end recruitment process— from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding. Source candidatesthrough job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes , conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinateinterview schedulingand act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Develop and maintain astrong talent pipelinefor future hiring needs. Supportemployer brandinginitiatives and improve candidate experience. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.Requirements:2–3 years of experience inend-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition(preferably in IT or tech hiring). Strong sourcing experience usingLinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms . Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills . Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
