About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a keen understanding of how to attract top talent across various domains. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes , conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in IT or tech hiring). Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
