About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a keen understanding of how to attract top talent across various domains.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.Requirements:2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in IT or tech hiring).Strong sourcing experience using , Naukri, and other platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.What We Offer:Flexible hybrid work model (mix of office and remote).Opportunity to work with a growing, dynamic team.Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
