Job Title: Lead Generation specialist – US Staffing

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad (on site)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – 7pm to 4am)

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for generating leads to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying leads to support business development in the US staffing industry. This role requires strong research, communication, and prospecting skills to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:·

  • Research and identify potential candidates across the US.
  • Manage, mentor and drive the team to achieve the targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and client contacts.
  • Coordinate with the sales and recruitment team to schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects.
  • Understand the staffing requirements and share relevant resumes.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and results on a regular basis.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and business development targets.
  • Stay updated with US staffing market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:·

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in US staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced US shift environment.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
