Documentation & Business Support Assistant
is required for
Mumbai.
This is a dual-scope role requiring an organized professional who can manage both internal documentation and provide support for business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Educational Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Experience:
    A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a documentation, administrative, or business support role.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency
    in the
    Microsoft Office Suite
    , with a strong focus on
    Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Document Preparation:
    Create, format, and maintain a variety of documents, including technical notes, reports, and presentations.
  2. Data Management:
    Utilize
    Microsoft Excel
    for data tracking, basic analysis, and report generation.
  3. Presentation Development:
    Design and produce high-quality presentations using
    Microsoft PowerPoint
    for internal and external use.
  4. Content Synthesis:
    Read and interpret technical documents to create accurate summaries, guides, and notes.
  5. Quality Control:
    Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of all written materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency.
  6. Administrative Support:
    Provide general administrative assistance, including digital and physical file management.
  7. Business Development Support:

  9. Willingness to undertake outstation travel for business development activities, client meetings, or industry events as required.
  10. Assist in preparing client-facing documents and presentations.
