Documentation & Business Support Assistant

This is a dual-scope role requiring an organized professional who can manage both internal documentation and provide support for business development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a documentation, administrative, or business support role. - Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency
in the
Microsoft Office Suite
, with a strong focus on
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Document Preparation:
Create, format, and maintain a variety of documents, including technical notes, reports, and presentations. - Data Management:

for data tracking, basic analysis, and report generation. - Presentation Development:
Design and produce high-quality presentations using
Microsoft PowerPoint
for internal and external use. - Content Synthesis:
Read and interpret technical documents to create accurate summaries, guides, and notes. - Quality Control:
Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of all written materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency. - Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance, including digital and physical file management. Business Development Support:
Actively support both domestic and
international
business development activities and initiatives.- Willingness to undertake outstation travel for business development activities, client meetings, or industry events as required.
