This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant and Exports Document position located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, performing clerical duties, and offering executive administrative support. The role also involves preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating shipments.
Qualifications
Documentation
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and shipping documents.
• Ensure correct labeling, product codes, and customer branding.
• Maintain dispatch records and update documents
Logistics & Transportation
• Arrange transport (courier, cargo, freight forwarders).
• Negotiate with transporters for rates and timelines.
• Track shipments and share details with customers (AWB, tracking IDs).
Order Processing & Coordination
• Receive confirmed orders from the sales/operations team.
• Prepare dispatch schedules as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production/warehouse to ensure material readiness.**
