Key Responsibilities:

1. Order & Warehouse Operations

- Handle daily order packaging as per company standards.

- Ensure accurate labelling, timely dispatch, and safe handling of all products.

- Maintain cleanliness, inventory organization, and stock logs.

  1. Delivery Fulfillment (Within Pune City)
  2. Manage local deliveries efficiently and professionally.

  3. Coordinate delivery routes, timelines, and customer communication as required.

  4. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  5. Assist with payment collection, petty cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
  6. Support in purchasing, vendor coordination, and basic documentation.

  7. Maintain operational logs, checklists, and daily activity reports.

  8. Offline Marketing & Events

  9. Set up and manage pop-up stalls, flea markets, and promotional events.
  10. Interact with customers, conduct sampling, and ensure on-ground brand representation.

  11. Handle event inventory, transport, and setup logistics.

  12. Production & Digital Support

  13. Assist in product preparation as per defined recipes.
  14. Maintain quality standards and update production records/logs daily.
  15. Assist in creative content creation for social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
