We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead marketing, operations, and business growth initiatives across our Hospitality and FMCG divisions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Leadership & Strategy

  2. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

  4. Lead P&L management for assigned verticals ensuring sustainable growth and cost optimization.

  7. Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies — including brand positioning, campaigns, and partnerships.

  8. Strengthen brand presence across traditional, digital, and experiential channels.

  10. Lead customer insight programs and leverage analytics to refine go-to-market strategies.

  11. Operations Management

  12. Oversee end-to-end operations across hospitality outlets and FMCG distribution channels.

  13. Drive process improvements, quality standards, and operational consistency across multiple locations.

  14. Establish KPIs and implement performance monitoring systems to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

  15. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain processes for both divisions.

  16. Team Leadership & Culture

  17. Lead cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

  18. Build and mentor high-performing teams with a focus on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

  19. Foster a culture of customer-centricity and operational discipline.

  20. Financial & Commercial Management

  21. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

  22. Evaluate business investments, pricing strategies, and ROI for marketing initiatives.

  23. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Operations, or Business Management (preferred).

  • Experience: 12–20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in Hospitality and/or FMCG sectors.

  • Proven track record in scaling operations, brand management, and P&L ownership.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, channel management, and service operations.

  • Exposure to digital marketing, franchise models, or retail operations will be an advantage.
